Codfish cooked in the oven with a crust of “broa” and “linguiça” [smoked pork sausage is similar to chorizo], stuffed with “alheira” (smoked portuguese sausage typically made with a combination of various types of meat, bread, garlic, olive oil, and paprika) and smoked ham, served with potatoes and vegetables.
